Key Responsibilities & Duties

Housekeeping: Daily cleaning (often twice daily) of staterooms, including vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing bathrooms, and cleaning balconies.
Guest Service: Providing turndown service, replenishing linen/towels, managing minibars, and delivering luggage or ice.
Maintenance: Reporting, tracking, and following up on repair needs within cabins.
Safety & Sanitation: Maintaining high hygiene standards (USPH/MLC 2006) and adhering to all ship safety protocols.
Interaction: Handling guest complaints professionally, providing personalized service, and attending briefings. European Job Days +3

Requirements & Skills

Experience: Usually 1–2 years of housekeeping experience in a 4/5-star hotel or luxury cruise line.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long hours, walk extensively, and lift/carry luggage up to 50+ lbs.
Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills (English), and a guest-oriented attitude.
Grooming: Meticulous personal hygiene and professional appearance.
